AMNIOAMP-MP™
AmnioAMP-MP™ is a membrane allograft that may be used as a therapeutic active barrier agent in numerous clinical applications. The membrane forms a protective covering over the wound to preserve tissue structure and biologic integrity.  AmnioAMP-MP™ created with our proprietary PūrAMP Process™, offers mechanical protection and retains nutrient growth factors that are essential for signaling¹².  The product undergoes active preservation of the extracellular matrix (ECM), regulatory proteins, and removal of blood contaminants via a proprietary PūrAMP Process™.  AmnioAMP-MP™ is HCT/P compliant under section 361 of the Public Health Service Act according to 21 CFR Part 1271.10.  This is regulated as human cell product-for homologous use only under level II HCPCS.
About
'Dual Layer Amniotic Membrane,' researchers present the intricate structure and enhanced healing properties of dual-layer amniotic membranes. This comprehensive review includes evidence from multiple studies demonstrating the effectiveness of these membranes in promoting tissue regeneration and reducing inflammation.
Our Mission
Chronic Wound Care, your trusted source for information and resources on chronic wound management. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and up-to-date content to help patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals tackle the challenges of chronic wounds. We cover various topics, including wound types, treatments, prevention strategies, and the latest advancements in wound care technology. Join our community to stay informed, share experiences, and enhance the quality of life for those affected by chronic wounds.

Chronic Wound Care is a platform dedicated to providing comprehensive and up-to-date information on Amniotic Membranes as applied to chronic wound care. Our goal is to support patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals in the effective management of non-healing wounds through our Network of doctors and nurses specialized in wound care. The patient will be evaluated at the place where they live to determine if their wound is eligible to receive treatment with Amniotic Membranes.

*Patients must be Medicare Part B beneficiaries to be eligible for this treatment.

If the patient is found eligible by the staff who will perform the evaluation, the protocol established by Medicare Part B will be initiated so that the patient can begin receiving treatment as soon as possible, which can be applied at the place where they live, but never in a hospital.

BEFORE

This is the industry of healing wounds that don't heal. Advanced wound care is innovative and effective. These wounds often resist traditional methods of treatment and require specialized interventions. When traditional wound care fails to show any improvement, signs of healing, or meet physicians' expectations, advanced wound care is the next best option to ensure the wound heals efficiently. Thanks to this method of treatment, there has been a massive decrease in hospitalizations, amputations, and wound-related infections.

Description Amniotic Membrane

All of the advanced wound care membranes we offer fall under skin substitutes and are dehydrated and immune-privileged. Human Amniotic Membrane Background, The Amniotic membrane is the innermost layer surrounding the fetus, that is comprised of various layers. The tissue’s strength is attributed to its epithelial cell layer and basement membrane. Furthermore, amniotic tissue has been characterized in the literature to comprise a rich proteinaceous components like collagen types I, III, IV, V, and VI, and a host of growth factors. Our products use a mix of single and double layers of amniotic tissues from the innermost lining of a live birth placenta mainly from C Section births. The tissue is tested and stored in several standard sizes of membranes.

AFTER

Normally, improvement is seen after the fourth week, and it is rare that the scar does not heal in the 10 sections that Medicare approves. In very few cases, we have to request additional sections. It only happened to us once that out of 194 cm after 10 sections, 16 cm remained to be closed, which Medicare approved, and 2 weeks later it was 100%. Healed.

For years I was suffering from leg ulcers and conventional treatment as a palliative method only served to keep my wound as clean as possible and prevent it from becoming infected, but I had no hope of healing. My life became a torment, I avoided going out and spending time with my family, I missed my grandchildren's birthdays and nothing consoled me. One day a neighbor who had recently moved into my building saw me and told me that she had also suffered from those wounds, but that thanks to a treatment that her doctor had started to apply to her, she saw how her wounds were able to heal forever. I finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel.

My diabetes caused wounds that did not heal and for years I suffered from an anguish that was worse than my own diabetes. One day I went to my routine care and the doctor told me that if it got worse I could be a candidate for amputation and this broke me down, consuming me day after day. I gave myself to "God" and begged him to heal my wound, not to allow that to happen to me. One day traveling in an Uber the driver told me that his grandmother had suffered from the same thing as me but that she had been cured thanks to a membrane treatment, but he could not give me details, what he did was take my phone number so that his grandmother could call me and explain to me what she did to make her wound heal and that was how I found the solution.  Today I can play my guitar again. Years of suffering from my leg wounds are behind me. The palliative care I received did not heal my wound and my hopes of healing faded with time. Visiting my doctor to treat my wounds became a routine and the only thing I received was comfort, but no solution to heal the wound on my left leg. On two occasions in the same year I had to be hospitalized due to the infection of my wound and that was how my life went on until one day someone told me about a new treatment that could heal me forever and my grandson began to investigate until he found on this page what that person told me. That is why I say; that today I can play my guitar again.
